Project PeaPod
We're developing sustainable and innovative agricultural technologies for research and food production. PeaPod is an open-source automated plant growth environment that can precisely simulate any environment to grow any plant. PeaPod integrates with CloudPonics for remote configuration and monitoring, thus creating the ultimate tool for citizen-science agricultural research.

About Us
PeaPod Technologies is based in Port Hope, ON Canada.

In 2019 at the age of 18 years old, Jayden Lefebvre built 2 prototype plant growth environments for an AP Research project while studying at Trinity College School in Port Hope Ontario Canada. These prototypes were the basis for the PeaPod Project.
Jayden went on to study computer engineering at the University of Toronto wherein 2021, he founded PeaPod Technologies at the age of 19. That summer, him and 3 other friends entered the Nasa/CSA Deep Space Food Challenge and won. They will be moving on to phase 2 of the challenge in 2022.
They are now continuing to develop PeaPod as a research and food production tool while exploring the possibility for applications in space.
